Privacy Policy

Bands is a habit tracker for iPhone published by Suncraft Collective LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Bands app and this website.
The short version
- Bands has no accounts. You do not sign up or sign in.
- Your habits and completion history are stored on your device.
- We do not collect personal data and we do not run analytics.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. A subscription service called RevenueCat receives an anonymous ID and purchase information to manage your access.
Information stored on your device
The habits you create, your completions, your settings and your reminder times are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not receive this information and we cannot see it. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal data through the app. We do not run analytics or advertising tools in the app, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell or share personal data.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Pro purchases (yearly subscription and lifetime) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card or Apple ID details.
We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription service, to confirm which purchases you have and to turn on Pro. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase and receipt information from your device. It does not receive your habits. Notifications
If you turn on reminders, Bands schedules local notifications on your device. They are generated on your iPhone. We do not send push notifications from a server, and no notification content leaves your device.
Sharing images
When you share a picture of your month, the image is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. It goes to the app or person you choose. We do not receive a copy.
This website
This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.
Children's privacy
Bands is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app collects no personal data, there is none to collect from a child. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Your habit data is on your device, so you control it directly. You can delete the app at any time to remove it. You can turn reminders on or off in the app or in iOS Settings. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. If you have a privacy question or request, email us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
